Introducing Masala Indian Restaurant with a few words from the owner.

The new establishment to open its doors in late November 2014 at the El Ridge Corner Shopping Centre is Masala Indian Restaurant which offers nutritious, wholesome lunches and hearty dinners, encapsulated in an upmarket and stylish décor setting.

The name Masala comes from an over 5000 years old Himalayan word, which means Spice.
Masala (spices) are the most basic and fundamental ingredients of Indian food. We choose this word to be our restaurant name because of that we being an authentic Indian Restaurant and use a lot of spices so we thought it would be a good idea to name the restaurant, what we would use. Thus the name came out Masala. Spices not only just excite your taste buds but also composed of impressive list of nutrients, minerals and vitamins, which is essential for our wellness.
